This page outlines OHBOYGAMES.COM's Website (“site”) return policy. At OHBOYGAMES ("we","us","our"), we are Only Here Because Of You, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for some reason you are not please see below for how to process a return. Also, by using this site you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement as well as all of our other policies in this site. If you do not read this agreement or others, you agree that you had the opportunity to do so, but choose not to; and therefore, enter at your own risk without liability to OHBOYGAMES.

No spine creases, page bends, marks on pages, cover damage, fingerprints, etc.

Damage puzzle books (unrelated to shipping).

Customer service is important to us. We want you to be happy with your order. Therefore, we have a 14-day return guarantee for products that qualify and are still in new condition. You have 14 days from the day you recieved your product to process a return. After 14 days we will not be able to process a return.
If you are not satisfied with your unused merchandise simply fill out our return request form in its entirity to start the process. Here’s what you need to do:

In 2-4 business days we will provide you a Return Authorization number via email.
Use the original packaging to repackage the item with a copy of the Return Authorization.
Ship your item AND a printed copy of the Return Authorization form prepaid to the address found in the email. Note: You are responsible for the shipping costs for the returned order or product. (We recommend that you get insurance for a return shipment to protect your return. Items that you return but are not received by us will not be refunded.)
Once we have received your authorized return (product and form), we will reimburse you for the product cost only. The original shipping charges will not be reimbursed and neither will any shipping charges you incurred to return the item or items to us. (This helps us keep the price of our products affordable for our customers.)
Please allow a 5-30 days for money to be refunded upon OHBOYGAMES receieving the returned item. Contact your bank or financial institution for specific times.
If you wish to exchange your product purchased on OHBOYGAMES.COM for other products found on OHBOYGAMES, follow the same process as returns. Note: You would be responsible for both shipping costs on the returned item(s) and the new purchase item(s) even if you received Free Shipping on your original order.
Return/Exchanges Due To OHBOYGAMES Error
While not expected, if an item(s) needs to be returned/exchanged for a refund because of a mistake on OHBOYGAMES part or because of a product defect prior to your handling, contact us by phone to process the request or fill out the form and provide detailed reasoning. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
NOTE: We reserve the right to require you to mail back your current damaged or defective product before processing a return. If we do, we will email you a Return Authorization. You will need to print this form and mail it with the damaged or defective product back to us in it’s original packaging at your temporary expense. Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will refund the shipping cost you paid so long as it’s in its original packaging. (While not required, we recommend that you get insurance for a return shipment to protect your return. Items that you return but are not received by us will not be refunded. We cannot reimburse any cost for any insurance.)
Ensuring Accurate Information On Your Shipping
If you do not receive your order due to a customer error and you decide to cancel your order, you may be liable for shipping costs incurred by OHBOYGAMES. Reasons an order may be returned back to us due to customer error may include but are not limited to: "Forwarding Expired,” “No Such Address,” “Unknown,” “No longer here,” “Attempted Not Known." If this should happen:
We will contact you via email within 2 business days to let you know your order was sent back to us.
You must respond by email or by phone and provide us with the correct information, and you must also pay for an additional shipping charge; OR, you may instead inform us you want cancel your order at this time. If so, we will credit your account with for the value of the items purchased. Any shipping charge paid on the original order will not be credited.
Trust us, we do NOT want to charge you an additional shipping charge, so please make sure your information is accurate before you complete your purchase.
